Holiday home 1531 **** in Kaysersberg

In the heart of the Alsatian vineyards and its wine route… Come and discover, in the center of the beautiful medieval town of Kaysersberg, this pretty half-timbered Alsatian house built in 1531 and listed 4****, completely renovated in 2015.

It is located in the heart of the old town, on the main street. All local shops are less than 500 meters away (post office, bakery, tobacconist, supermarket, butcher’s, etc.).

One parking ticket per day is available for free parking.

You’ll be staying in a 5-room house, 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC and a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house :
First floor: Entrance hall, 10m2 bedroom with double bed (140×200), en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC, and an Alsatian wardrobe.

Second floor:

Living room. In this room, you’ll find: a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, a sideboard, documentation on local activities and tourist sites to discover.

You can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi connection. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, etc.). The bathroom includes: 1 WC, 1 bath, 1 washbasin with vanity unit, 1 mirror, 1 hairdryer.

Second floor:
A hallway with gantry and hangers. A 9m2 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190), two bedside tables with lamps and a storage unit with locker. A sleeping area of approx. 7m2 with 3 single beds (90×190), three bedside tables with lamps and a storage unit with locker. Each bed is equipped with a sheet, two pillows per person and a comforter.

Beds will be made up on arrival. Sheets and towels are available on site. End-of-stay cleaning will be done on departure.

Also available in the house, shared with another apartment, is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
