This detached house can accommodate 6 people and has a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and pizza oven. The gîte comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, induction hob…), a bathroom and separate toilet, 2 closed bedrooms each with a double bed, a dining room and a living room with fireplace and TV. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is an open bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a 120cm bed (for an adult or two children). On the first floor, a laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Enjoy the large 1,400 m² wooded grounds with a garage and an 18 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, offering comfort, originality and a change of scenery.
