In the heart of the Pays d’Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, the gite de la Bouvotte is the ideal place to gather with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (2 folding beds are available for a supplement of €10/day/person), you’ll find all the comforts you need for young and old alike (toys, baby equipment, board games…).
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and laundry room. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with a 140×190 bed, a « children’s » bedroom with 2 90×190 bunk beds, a double bedroom (140×190 bed), a toilet with washbasin and a master suite with 140×190 bed and shower room (shower + washbasin +1 toilet).
Outside, you’ll enjoy a 100 m² small garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and lounge. For children, there’s a slide, baby swing and rocking crocodile. Secure parking for 2 cars (garage + space in front of the garage). Beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, heating and electricity are €8/day extra.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Chomedey Memorial in the village, hiking trails, Champagne vineyards 15 minutes away (tasting available from owners), Troyes city center (Museums, Churches, Cité du Vitrail…) and factory outlets 30 minutes away…
