Spacious gîte with contemporary furnishings: sleeps 4 (ideal for a family with 2 children).

The ‘LA GRANGE’ gîte: comfortable and bright, adjoining the owner’s house and located in the center of the village. On the first floor: 1 independent garage for 1 car and a laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. The entrance to the gîte is on the 1st floor and gives direct access to a private covered terrace with garden furniture.

In the gîte itself you’ll find an open-plan kitchen equipped with: microwave – electric stove (oven + 4 hotplates) – dishwasher – 2 electric coffee makers (1 filter and 1 Senseo) – electric kettle – toaster – fridge with a small freezer section. A large living room with dining area and sitting area with TV; 1 radio with CD player. A separate WC and a small room with a toilet unit with washbasin and an ironing board with iron at your disposal.

On the 2nd floor or duplex, you’ll find: 1 bedroom for 2 (bed 1x180x200 (with 2 mattresses 90×200 each); 1 bedroom for 2 (bed 1x140x200) (1 mattress); 1 bathroom with 1 WC, 1 shower cubicle and 1 toilet unit with washbasin and hairdryer. (Towels: not supplied).

In the hallway: 1 office area with Internet access (fiber + WIFI).
Gîte: No smoking (in accommodation and on terrace).
