Holiday home La Salle de Danse

In the heart of the Pays d’Othe, 30 km from Troyes and its factory outlets. Jacques and his wife welcome you to « La salle de danse », a former village dance hall now renovated as a gîte. The stonework and exposed beams have retained the charm and soul of this house of character. Fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).

The gîte comprises a living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine/dryer) and a toilet. Upstairs: two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed, a shower room (shower + double basin), a toilet, a mezzanine relaxation area with armchairs.

The dance hall: the ideal place to get together, with a lawned area and a pleasant terrace with everything you need for barbecues. Beds will be made up, linen and towels will be provided, end-of-stay cleaning will be offered (subject to conditions), and utilities will be included. Subject to availability, an extra night will be offered at the end of your stay (to be checked with the owner before you arrive). Monthly rate €1450. Motorcyclists also welcome. Small dogs and cats are allowed.
