The gîte « La Templière » welcomes you to the hamlet of Avalleur, home to the Commanderie and the 11th-century Templar chapel.

Situated 30 km from Troyes, this characterful Champagne house benefits from an enclosed garden planted with trees, and is ideally located for discovering all the tourist activities in the Aube region.

First floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (bath + washbasin), separate WC. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (including 1 160/200 bed), shower room (shower + washbasin + wc), relaxation area on mezzanine with sofa bed for 2 additional beds. Utilities not included: €4 to €15 / day depending on season. Bed linen and cleaning included. Electricity in summer €4/day.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: « Le circuit des Templiers »: Bar sur Seine and the surrounding area will take you from the origins of the Templar Order to the present day! The Forêt d’Orient regional nature park is 20 km away, with visits to wine cellars and champagne tasting, Nigloland park 20 min away, and the city of Troyes, with its historic and architectural heritage and factory outlets, 30 min away. For sports enthusiasts: canoeing and kayaking on the Seine, golf, fishing, cycling (mountain biking and vélovoie), water sports on the lakes, numerous hiking trails.
