Holiday home Le Clos des Berdins

Just 20 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, and 45 minutes from the Chablis region, come and stay at Clos des Berdins, a haven of peace where you can hear the birds sing. This former barn dating from 1860, which was once used as a cowshed, has been restored while retaining some of its authentic features.

Only 5 minutes away, you’ll have access to local shops (mini-market, pharmacy, bank, bakery…) and 10 minutes away, you’ll find all shops and amenities. The gîte is 800 m from Mr. Dartus Nicolas, a cutler and blacksmith by trade, who offers training courses.

On the first floor, the gîte has a living room with sitting area and fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small mezzanine reading and games area, 2 double bedrooms (140×190 beds) and a twin bedroom (2 90×190 beds that can be made into a double bed), a bathroom with shower and WC.

Central heating, electricity and cleaning are included in the price. Beds are made up and household linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) is provided. Outside, you’ll find a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, carport, courtyard and 300 m² of lawn.
