This charming home is nestled in an exceptional 4-hectare property in a winegrowing village of character with all amenities: supermarket, bakery, tobacconist/press, restaurants…. In a true haven of peace surrounded by a river (not safe for children) and greenery, this gite will be the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries. The owner, who lives on the property, will be very discreet during your stay.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace overlooking the park, a living room with dining area and fireplace, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (160×200 beds), a 2nd living room with sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds).

Outside, you’ll enjoy a secure, enclosed parking area, a terrace with table, garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Bicycles available on loan (subject to conditions). A visit/tasting of the owners’ estate is available on request. All charges are included in the price: heating, electricity, wood, beds made, bathroom and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning.
