Holiday home Le Grand Clos

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 minutes from Nigloland and Bar sur Aube, come and stay in « Le Grand Clos » gite, a spacious single-storey house accessible to people with reduced mobility and located beneath the owners’ Champagne sales/tasting boutique (on request, the passionate winegrowers will be delighted to show you their trade). During your stay, you’ll be assured of peace and quiet while enjoying the greenery and natural surroundings of a 7,000 m² park.

The gite features a large living room opening onto the outside and comprising a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a lounge with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed, a separate toilet with washbasin, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.separate toilet with washbasin, 2 double bedrooms (160×200 beds), a twin bedroom (2 90×200 beds) and a shower room with extra-flat shower tray, washbasin and toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy a 100 m² terrace overlooking the countryside, with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, grassy areas planted with trees and a children’s swing, volleyball/badminton/football court and petanque area.

Private parking on site. Beds will be made up on arrival, and towels and household linen will also be provided. Heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. For basic necessities, you’ll find a bread and fresh produce vending machine in the village.
