On the raised ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. A bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and storage space, plus a separate toilet, are also at your disposal. Outside, you’ll have access to an unfenced plot of land currently being landscaped with a lawn for relaxing on deckchairs, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a basement garage for storing your car, bicycles, strollers, etc.

For a peaceful stay, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price, and beds are made up on arrival, except for professional cleaning (€30 every 2 weeks).
