45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne tourist route and in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards. This spacious stone house has been tastefully renovated and decorated with wood, stone and natural tones to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

First floor: large living room with dining area and sitting area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with PMR-accessible bathroom (room leading to garden), 2 wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom for 4 with bathroom facilities (1 double bed + 2 single beds), 1 double bedroom communicating with another double bedroom, shared bathroom facilities, 1 double bedroom communicating with a triple bedroom (1 single bed and 1 double bed), shared bathroom facilities.

Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture (access from the ground-floor bedroom), plancha, deckchairs, relaxation lounge, private parking. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. For safety reasons and lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gîte (charging points less than 5 km away in Les Riceys and Neuville sur Seine).
