In a small, quiet village at the foot of the Champagne and Burgundy vineyards, 10 minutes from Chaource and Les Riceys, come and stay in this charming, tastefully decorated gite, ideal for holidays with family or friends. In the village, you’ll have the opportunity to visit local producers of goat’s cheese, poultry and foie gras.

On the first floor, you’ll find a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and fireside lounge, double bedroom, shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet), separate WC and laundry room. Upstairs: you’ll have access to a relaxation/reading/teleworking area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms, a 4-person bedroom (4 single beds, 2 of which can be converted into a double bed), bathroom (bath + washbasin + WC). Outside, you’ll enjoy a large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, deckchairs and jacuzzi from March 15 (with supplement and booking required).

The enclosed grounds provide parking for 4 vehicles. Heating and electricity included within the limits of normal consumption (meter reading arrival/departure from October to April) – wood offered for the fireplace. Beds will be made up on arrival.
