gîte and studio huth With 3* label for the gîte and 2* for the studio
since Easter 2013, when I opened my gîte for rent, I'm still so happy to welcome my guests. I've set up this gîte as if I were going to live there myself, so it has all the comforts you'd expect at home.
It's all on one level, with 2 entrances: one on the left side of my house, with no stairs, and the other from the gîte parking lot, with stairs and a ramp.
Underfloor heating in winter; in summer, the gîte remains cool, but it's best not to let the heat in during a heatwave. Electric roller shutters and awning (also with motor) on the terrace already shaded by the cherry tree.
Bathroom with window
The gîte covers 45 m2 , bedroom with 2 mattresses on a 180cm bed base , each with its own comforter , lots of storage space .
Large open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffeemaker and kettle.
On the TV side, a new convertible leather sofa which converts into a real comfortable bed, so: capacity for 2 to 4 people.
the studio, whose entrance is on the other side of the house, is a single room with a large bathroom and storage space, total surface area 28 m2, 140 x 200 bed, well-equipped kitchenette, cupboards, suitable for one or two people.
