Wooden cottage with private garden, 6 persons, overlooking a closed ground with trees and flowers (2 000 m2) and the owner's house. Located a few kilometers from the Lac du Der : water sports, fishing, birdwatching, cycling circuit on the dam of the lake and hiking.
Ground floor: kitchen/dining room, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200,) shower room and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds in 160), bathroom (bath and shower) and WC. Central heating included. Baby bed. Garage.
