Put on your outdoor gear and get ready for a unique 8-day, 7-night adventure in a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. You’ll hike in total freedom, following your own rhythm, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park. Hotline assistance, a detailed travel map and GPS will be at your disposal at all times to guarantee your safety throughout your adventure.

This tour will take you to the must-see sites that make up the region’s charm. Discover the old town of Wissembourg and its museum. Medieval fortresses and castles, ancient Romanesque churches and the military remains of the Maginot Line will all be revealed along the way. Along the way, you’ll also discover the art of living of crystal craftsmen and stonecutters in the small villages of northern Vosges.

The route takes you to some of the finest viewpoints in the Basses Vosges Gréseuses, where you can enjoy the magnificent rolling countryside. Among others, you’ll climb to the Grand Wintersberg, 581 m above sea level. From its summit, you’ll be dazzled by the incredible panorama of the surrounding fir and beech forests. Just a stone’s throw away, you can relax at the Niederbronn-les-Bains spa.
