Chemins de Traverse – Roulotte l’Aurore
On the Langres plateau, the Aurore caravan invites you to a relaxing family stay in an exceptional natural setting. Located in the heart of an immense forest, it promises a change of scenery and a resourcing, far from the noise of the city.
The Aurore caravan welcomes you in a beautiful wooden cabin made of beech and oak, installed on the edge of the forest. It offers a cocooning space, well equipped for a comfortable family stay. It offers a sleeping space for 4 people with a double bed and two single bunk beds. It also has a kitchenette with a double gas stove and a sink, as well as a dining area. The sanitary facilities are installed outside.
The cabin has a private terrace where it is nice to breathe the fresh air of the forest and admire the nature as far as the eye can see. You can also go on an expedition and explore this magnificent green setting with a donkey, which is available for rent on site. Several hiking trails lead to the caravan. Other activities are also available on site.

Chemins de Traverse
The Chemins de Traverse project offers you the opportunity to live and experience the forest of the Parc national de Forêts, the 11th and last of the French national parks.
You will bivouac in nomadic tents, discover the secrets of the undergrowth, rent a donkey to accompany your discoveries, live in unusual huts, walk along forest streams to their source, learn wild basketry, learn to sketch nature with a professional for a weekend ... or simply enjoy the calm and serenity of the place, with family or friends, to rest, take the time to live ...
Located in the south of the department of Haute-Marne, on the plateau of Langres, our village of Auberive and its Cistercian abbey are particularly well placed to offer you a beautiful place to recharge your batteries or a starting point for day walks or long hikes.
Chemins de Traverse is an initiative of the Centre d'Initiation à la Nature d'Auberive, managed by the Ligue de l'enseignement de Haute-Marne
