This holiday aboard the first solar-powered houseboat in the Grand Est region combines ecotourism with premium comfort. Designed in France in 2023, this eco-responsible boat filters its wastewater and optimizes its consumption of drinking water, offering environmentally-friendly navigation. Accompanied by an experienced skipper, you’ll discover the natural and heritage treasures of Champagne’s canals in a peaceful, refined atmosphere.
Sail along the slopes of Unesco-listed villages, where every detour offers breathtaking views of vineyards and picturesque landscapes. Immerse yourself in the discovery of flora and fauna from the comfort of your boat. Included are 2 visits to Champagne Houses, located in the heart of the Aÿ-Champagne Grand Cru vineyards, where you can meet passionate craftsmen and taste their unique creations.
With a capacity of 5 people, including a maximum of 4 adults, the houseboat is a veritable floating cocoon. Its solarium invites you to soak up the sun’s rays, while the living room, equipped with a leather sofa, offers a shaded area in which to relax. A fully-equipped kitchen and toilet are also at your disposal throughout your cruise.
To delight your taste buds, an evening meal in the form of Made in France gourmet jars is included. You can order additional jars one day in advance, or request a reservation at a local restaurant on your itinerary. Other drinks and takeaways are at your own expense.
