Here, you’ll discover the history of this famous Alsatian aperitif cake, as well as its manufacturing secrets, with tasting sessions and a variety of activities on the menu!

A must-have at aperitif time, pretzels have become emblematic cakes in Alsace. So famous, in fact, that the Bretzels Boehli brand has decided to devote a special area to them. A 500 m² space to learn all about this Alsatian cookie, from dough preparation to tasting, not forgetting its origins and legendary anecdotes.

Lasting from 1 to 1.5 hours, this tour is sure to be an enriching, exquisite and entertaining experience. In addition to access to the tour area, the ticket includes a quiz to test your knowledge. A convivial tasting will also be included, to be enjoyed in the Bretzel’Bar!
