Guided tour of the brewery and tasting session
If you’re passionate about beer and tradition, join us for a guided tour of the brewery, followed by a tasting session. Discover the history of Les Brasseurs de Lorraine and find out more about the region’s largest craft brewery.
Founded in 2003 by two brewing engineers, Régis Bouillon and Jean-François Drouin, Brasseurs de Lorraine wanted to revive the great tradition of Lorraine beers. The brewery, which has won national and international awards, also supports the « Lorraine Notre Signature » initiative and promotes short distribution channels.
During your guided tour of the brewery, your guide will tell you all about the history of beer and the objectives of the Brasserie Artisanale. You’ll discover all the mysteries of the beer-making process: raw materials, brewhouse work and yeast fermentation. You’ll then see how the beer is filtered, followed by packaging in bottles or kegs. The tour ends with a tasting of one of the brewery’s beers or softs in the cellar.
