One-day distillery workshop at Distillerie de la Forge

Go behind the scenes of artisan distillation and immerse yourself alongside Loïc, an experienced artisan distiller. The program includes a half-day apprenticeship at the heart of a traditional know-how passed on with generosity.

Loïc will introduce you to the secrets of distillation: discover the basics of fruit fermentation, then witness the distillation process in a real wood-fired alembic. You’ll learn how to control temperatures, decipher aromas and understand the precise gestures that make this ancestral practice so rich.

Between two technical stages, you’ll share a convivial, local snack at the foot of the still, while you chat with your host. A tasting of the spirits produced on site completes this gourmet and sensory immersion.
