ASSOCIATION DE LA MAISON DU PAIN D ALSACE
A must-see in Sélestat, the Maison du Pain d'Alsace is first and foremost a museum where you can discover the history of bread and Alsatian specialties, as well as a bakery producing special breads and Alsatian specialties on a daily basis. The Musée du Pain d'Alsace 300 m² of contemporary exhibition space enables visitors of all ages to discover the richness of this foodstuff, present since the dawn of time. A 2018 renovation focused on Alsatian delicacies such as pretzels, kougelhopf, etc. A collection of unique objects, assembled over nearly 30 years, is on display.
