Visit our roasting workshop and enjoy a free tasting of our specialty coffees! Located in the heart of Montmirail, just a few meters from the Château de Montmirail, a historic building dating back to the 15th century, the Vays team will introduce you to coffee, its origins and the different varieties. After this theoretical part, you'll be introduced to artisanal roasting. The 2-hour workshop is subject to a fee (€20/person), and is available by reservation only.
