BISCUITS FOSSIER
Maison Fossier is heir to a long line of makers of the delicacies for which Reims is famous. Founded in 1756, it is the oldest cookie factory in France: a longevity it owes in particular to the famous Biscuits Roses de Reims, which were already served for the coronation of Louis XVI in Reims in 1775. We offer guided tours through a gourmet itinerary revealing the secrets behind the manufacture of our products.
