The colorful spring procession features characters as astonishing as they are amusing: the snail barker, the street sweeper and the frost sniffer, all on horseback! But the star of the show is the Pfengschtflitteri, the embodiment of the spirit of nature. With his quirky and humorous speech, he will try to convince the villagers to spare him… or risk being thrown into the water to guarantee a good harvest! An original show that combines tradition and entertainment in an enchanting setting.

L'ÉCOMUSÉE D'ALSACE, A TRADITIONAL VILLAGE IN THE HEART OF NATURE

BUILDINGS & BIODIVERSITY
Today, the Ecomusée d'Alsace consists of a village of 80 buildings representative of Alsace at the beginning of the 20th century, all dismantled from their commune of origin and reassembled in the museum. Around the village, on an area of 97 hectares, you'll find 4 signposted trails to discover biodiversity, as well as agricultural areas in biological transition.
Be curious! Push open the door of each house to discover the treasures it contains: a converted interior, an exhibition, a craftsman's workshop or a stable with animals!

The Ecomusée d'Alsace boasts an exceptional collection of over 40,000 objects, reflecting the daily lives of Alsatians. When the museum was created in 1984, Alsatians became passionate about this adventure and began sending regular donations to the museum.

When visiting with friends or family, take part in the activities that punctuate every day in the village: milking cows, feeding pigs, visiting the apiary, boat trips... and sample the traditional recipes prepared at the Maison des Goûts et des Couleurs...
