Discover a gourmet universe at Chocolaterie Daniel Stoffel’s Choco’Création workshop. Take part in this activity to discover the profession of chocolatier, while decorating a mold emblematic of Alsace: a stork.

During this immersive workshop, you’ll use a chocolate-filled cone to create your own piece. Customize the stork using the different chocolate combinations on offer.

Just bring your good humor. It’s the key ingredient of the experience. You’ll be given a variety of explanations about the craft, and finish off with a chocolate tasting session. The event can be privatized by booking in advance with the organizers.
