Are you visiting Alsace with your family and looking for a fun activity to do together? Located in Geispolsheim, near Strasbourg, Les Secrets du Chocolat by Schaalintroduces you to the craft of chocolate making. Young and old alikewill maketheir own chocolate bar, followed by an exciting visit to the Chocolate Museum. A unique experience that is a must!
Chocolate from Guayaquil in Ecuador, hazelnuts grown in Guyenne and a dose of creativity,that's all you need to make this sweet treat. Put on your apron without delay and follow the chocolate maker's instructions carefully. After choosing between dark chocolate (70%) and milk chocolate, you will gently pour it into your mold. The goal is not to make a single bubble... Then, all you have to do is decorate your bar according to your taste!
This 20-minute workshop will awaken all your senses. It ends with an enriching tour of the Chocolate Museum. This 250 m² space will plunge you into the world of chocolate makers - since 1871 -from yesterday to today. From the bean to the chocolate, you will learn all about its manufacture.

Share the secrets of the apprentice chocolatiers: Immerse yourself in the Laboratoire des Chocolatiers, where workshops for all ages are organized to teach you the techniques of the chocolatier. Make your own chocolate as a family, and take your creation home with you!
