Discover Alsace’s villages and Colmar’s Christmas market

Leaving Strasbourg, head for the Haut-Rhin for an enchanting escapade through the villages of Alsace during the Christmas season! Alsace comes alive, and every town and village lights up, revealing the magic of Christmas around every corner. In this magical journey, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg and Colmar are essential stops, enveloping you in the warm atmosphere of their Christmas markets, perfumed with mulled wine and traditional Alsatian scents.

On your first stopover in Riquewihr, take in the colorful facades, historic monuments and alleyways that transform into living tableaux. Meals and drinks are not included. So enjoy Alsatian traditions at your leisure, and sample the famous brédalas, manalas, pretzels or a glass of mulled wine! If you prefer, take a seat in one of the town’s restaurants for a taste of Alsatian gastronomy!

You’ll then be taken through a mosaic of Alsatian villages in the heart of the Wine Route. The bus will then stop in Kaysersberg, a magnificent medieval village, where you’ll be free to discover its Christmas markets and explore the historical and cultural treasures for which it’s famous.

Finally, discover Colmar, an emblematic destination during the festive season. Various Christmas markets adorn its neighborhoods, offering a variety of atmospheres. You’ll have 3 hours to stroll around and immerse yourself in the city’s enchantment.

At around 7.30pm, you’ll begin your return journey to Strasbourg. And to ensure that every moment is rich in discovery, audio commentaries will be available in 11 languages, giving everyone the chance to delve into the stories and traditions of Alsace.
