For over 20 years, the Parc de Wesserling has presented ephemeral gardens that explore a new artistic theme each year. If you’re a fan of gardening, art and discovery, the Festival des Jardins Métissés is an event not to be missed. With original landscape designs and infrastructures, each garden immerses you in a unique sensory and narrative adventure. For the 2024 edition, Parc de Wesserling invites you to discover the Fabulous Fountain Gardens. Explore fascinating tales such as the story of the Rat Trip, fishing through the ages, the fabulous menagerie, the cicada and the ant, Justitia ad Hymeneptora, and the school for apprentice fable makers. Every step of the way, you’ll be surprised by the creations inspired by these tales.

The festival offers a multitude of activities for all ages. The program includes guided tours of the gardens, included in the entrance fee (except for groups), a barefoot and sensory trail, and an amazing textile and educational vegetable garden. Children will love the Héridou discovery trail, not to mention the many garden events such as the Barefoot Trail Festival, Féeries Nocturnes au Jardin, and the Vegetable Garden Festival.
