L’Immersion Gourmande – Stroll, Visit & Gastronomy

Immerse yourself in the heart of a Champagne vineyard with Immersion Gourmande! Spend an enriching day at the Domaine de Champagne Piot-Sévillano, in Vincelles, and discover the winegrower’s craft, the vines and the champagnes in all their authenticity.

The Domaine Piot-Sévillano, certified High Environmental Value, Organic Agriculture and Vignobles & Découvertes, invites you to discover its land. With a wealth of know-how handed down through 10 generations, this family-run estate guarantees an experience that’s as enjoyable as it is instructive.

The day’s program includes a walk through the vineyards guided by a mobile app, with a choice of 2 itineraries, a gourmet picnic and a visit to the winery. All supervised by a dedicated team for a convivial adventure!

Christine will share with you, plot by plot, the history of the estate, family anecdotes, viticultural techniques and sustainable growing methods. Depending on your mood, opt for the 4 km Boucle Champêtre for a 1h to 1h30 stroll in city shoes. Or, for the more adventurous, slip on your sneakers and take the Boucle Audacieuse for a 5 km, 2h to 2h30 hike. A breathtaking view awaits you from the heights!

After the hike, head to the tasting cellar for a gastronomic treat. Choose from 4 picnic menus: Land, Sea, Cheese or Vegetarian, each accompanied by 3 champagnes selected to enhance the flavors. The Cheese menu goes perfectly with a flute of « Cuvée Interdite » Champagne, while the Land menu is enhanced by « Essence de Terroir » Brut Champagne. For a touch of freshness, the Sea menu is accompanied by a flute of Champagne Extra-Brut « Fraîcheur de Côteau », and the Vegetarian menu is completed by Champagne « Cuvée Impertinente » 100% Pinot Noir. Young guests will not be outdone, and can enjoy a children’s menu accompanied by an organic drink, fruit juice or lemonade.

The visit concludes with an immersion in the winery, where you’ll discover the techniques used to make the champagnes you’ve tasted.
