Looking for an exclusive, immersive day at a Champenoise winery? Christine and Héloïse, two wine professionals, are waiting for you in Vincelles at Le Piot-Sevillano for a moment to share. Escape into an authentic world for an Instant d’Eternité – an exclusive day at the estate for 2 people. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas on a variety of topics relating to the history of the region, the estate and the winegrowing profession. You’ll also discover the legends and anecdotes surrounding the cuvées produced on the estate.
When you visit the Piot-Sevillano estate, you’ll enjoy a warm and friendly welcome from your hostesses right from the start of your visit. You’ll be welcomed in the village’s former school, now converted into a tasting cellar. From here, enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape, including the Marne Valley. You’ll hear family anecdotes, as well as notions about viticulture and the winemaker’s day-to-day work on the estate.
After this meeting, you’ll be offered a walk through the vineyards, either bucolic or sporty, using geolocated itineraries. Choose either the 4km Boucle Champêtre (rural loop) or the Boucle Audacieuse (daring loop). As well as visiting the winery, complete the experience by discovering the vineyard and cellar, not forgetting the pressing and winery. You’ll learn all about the secrets behind the delicious bubbles that are served.
Take time out for a convivial moment of sharing, with gourmet picnics. Choose from 4 menus, including 3 dishes and 3 special champagnes, including Earth, Sea, Cheese and Vegetarian. Taste prestigious vintages from the Instants d’Éternité premium range.
To round off your visit in style, you’ll be presented with an Instant d’Éternité gift box, including two flutes with your names engraved on them, and the bottle of champagne of your choice.
