Located on the edge of the forest, the Forêt ân’imée is close to some of the most beautiful sites in the Donon massif, such as Lac de la Maix, the Hazelle dolmen and the Hauts-Champs rock. Choose your itinerary with a donkey according to your physical abilities and the time you have available. Hiring a donkey for a ride is a rewarding experience, combining freedom and adventure. Children love the company of these gentle, docile and reassuring animals! You won’t have to follow a precise itinerary or adhere to a strict schedule, as the ride will be self-guided.
During this experience, you’ll have the chance to go for a ride with a donkey and all its equipment: a pack-saddle, a pair of saddlebags and 2 loins. You’ll receive an IGN map of the massif and a first-aid kit. The donkey will carry your luggage, so you can travel light!
