Vinobike: pedal and taste along the Alsace Wine Route!

Aboard a classic or electrically-assisted bike, plunge into the heart of the famous Alsace Wine Route and explore the landscapes of the Vosges foothills. 5 to 7 stops await you to sample the region’s winegrowing treasures!

With Vinobike®, discover cycling from a new angle, combining comfort and pleasure. Let us guide you through the vineyards and savor the richness of Alsace’s terroir. This 55 km ride, departing from Châtenois, will take you from Blienschwiller to Ribeauvillé, passing through the great classified growths such as Winzenberg, Frankstein, Praelatenberg, Altenberg and Osterberg. Each stop is a promise of new discoveries, both for the eyes and the taste buds.

Equipped with a RoadBook, you’ll follow an itinerary specially designed to help you discover the best of Alsace’s vineyards. The program includes 5 to 7 stops at carefully selected wineries, where you can taste the Alsatian grape varieties for which the region is famous. You’ll be offered a complimentary tasting glass. For your gourmet cravings, you can reserve a packed lunch to pick up along the way, which you can enjoy in the heart of the vineyards.

The Vinobike® route takes in both paths and roads, taking you through a variety of landscapes. If you bring your own bike, make sure it is suitable for gravel paths, with a recommended tire width of 35 mm.

The offer includes bike hire for the day (if the package includes the bike), a digital RoadBook, a phone holder, a pass card to stamp, and a repair kit. If you opt for an electric bike, an external battery is available on request.

Other options can be added to enhance the experience. For example, you can order additional drinks or book a packed lunch at your own expense. You’ll also find bike accessories in the store.
