Located in the village of Niedersteinbach, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord nature park, Au Cheval Blanc*** opens the way to numerous hiking trails. Whether on your own or accompanied, explore these paths marked out by nature, through rocky massifs, forests and vineyards. A hiking map will be provided during your stay to guide your steps to the park’s highlights.

Along the way, you’ll be offered a choice of three visits to discover local know-how. In Lobsann, stop off at the Hoeffler distillery. Push open the doors of this craftsman and learn how his liqueurs are made. Further north, in Cleebourg, step into a newly converted underground cellar and sample some of the company’s cuvées. If you’re a cheese lover, head west to the Obersteinbach cheese dairy.

During your nature getaway, Au Cheval Blanc*** offers you the accommodation of your choice between its single, double, spacious and suite rooms, for 3 nights. We also offer meals, including 3 half-board menus and a gourmet menu, to be enjoyed in our restaurant.
