Lasting 1 hour, this workshop promises a tasty and enriching adventure. Under the tutelage of a passionate artisan chocolatier, you’ll discover the secrets of making 4 praline corks. You’ll start with tablage, the precise technique that gives chocolate its singular brilliance, followed by garnishing, where the praline is carefully integrated into its chocolate home. Next, you’ll learn how to make a cornet, an indispensable tool for depositing the precious praline filling. Your creations will then be unmolded and packaged to reveal their perfect shape, ready for tasting!
