Apéro Gourmand – Domaine GUETH

Looking for a gourmet getaway close to nature? How about exploring new food and wine pairings in the heart of Alsace? Domaine Gueth awaits you for a gourmet aperitif based on local produce. A tasty adventure between tasty bites, terroir wines and "Vieilles vignes" vintages, which you and your family can enjoy together.

Located around 10 km south of Colmar, Domaine Gueth invites you to a quiet getaway in picturesque Gueberschwihr. Pampered with total respect for nature, this 8-hectare family estate harbors a passion for winemaking know-how, whose quest is to reveal the true personality of each cuvée. You'll discover the fruits of this passion during this gourmet aperitif, which will include a tasting with commentary.

This gourmet escapade will feature 6 to 8 mouthfuls of "Vieilles vignes" wines and cuvées. The latter have been specially selected to match, offering you a veritable sensory voyage. For minors, grape and apple juices will replace the cuvées, with a children's formula including 1 pretzel, 1 mini-kougelhopf and 1 pastry. Something to tantalize the taste buds of young gourmets!

The tasting adventure begins at 7 p.m. and lasts 2-3 hours. The tasting will take place in the heart of vineyards under arbors, in a rural setting at the foot of the Ballons des Vosges nature park.
