They’ll reveal the secrets of whisky-making, from the earth to the glass!

For adults only, this workshop is an exceptional opportunity to go behind the scenes of whisky production. Rozelieures, an authentic Single Estate Whisky, is one of the few distilleries in the world to master the entire process of making this legendary beverage. Everything is done in-house, from growing the cereals to malting, brewing and distilling to ageing the whisky.

What’s more, this family-run business has developed a unique vertical integration model, giving it not only 100% control over production, but also energy self-sufficiency. It’s an innovative vision that has given rise to a veritable spearhead for French whisky!

So, more than just a stroll, this visit to Rozelieures is full of fascinating discoveries! Visit the distillery, go down into the cellars and taste several samples before starting the actual blending.
