Bicycle Picking Day
Meet Aude, your wild plant picker, with this gift card. More than just an affinity for nature, Aude cultivates her connection to help people learn about nature and themselves: she’s found vitality and well-being there. Her recipe: carefully selected ingredients, priority given to local sources, organic products, unique and committed.
Discover nature in a different way with this unique experience combining a bike ride and wild plant picking, guided by Aude, a botanical enthusiast and specialist in plant-based nutrition.
The day begins at the tourist office, where you pick up your bikes, before moving on to a botanical immersion with Aude. For almost 2h30, she’ll introduce you to the art of wild foraging: learn to recognize edible and medicinal plants such as plantain, dandelion and mugwort. Observe, touch, smell and taste the richness of the herbs you often come across without seeing them.
More than just a nature outing, this activity gives you a new perspective on the environment. You’ll leave with invaluable knowledge about how to use plants in your daily life.
A sensory and responsible experience, combining gentle sport, well-being and reconnection with nature. Book now and experience an authentic day out, at nature’s pace!

Office de Tourisme de la vallée de la Bruche
Just 45 minutes west of the Alsace metropolis, the Bruche valley stretches from the foothills in the heart of the Massif des Vosges to the borders of Lorraine. Bordered by the highest peaks in the Lower Rhine, the valley combines forest massifs, medium-altitude pastures and high stubble fields.
The valley is crossed by the Bruche river, a natural "link" between the sandstone and granite Vosges, from which it takes its name.
An unusual feature of the Alsatian landscape, the Bruche valley, with its Vosges-style appearance and ancient French-speaking tradition, is nonetheless proud of its art of living, which says it all about being Alsace!
