An unusual experience for two in Haute-Marne! The Domaine des Clairs Chênes offers you its VIP package for truffle hunting and truffle dinner for two. A unique forest adventure awaits you in the company of Orka and his master.
The Clairs Chênes estate lies at the heart of a rich biodiversity, dominated by country flora. On 170 ha of farmland, it offers 2 ha of woodland planted with truffle trees, such as oaks, cedars, black pines and birches. Guided by Orka, a truffle dog, enter this unique estate at the gateway to the National Forest Park and go truffle hunting. In the company of experts, you’ll learn the techniques of truffle digging. You’ll also learn how to extract truffles from the ground using the appropriate tools.
After the truffle-hunting activity, Philippe and Isabelle invite you to their table to taste dishes specially dedicated to truffles. Your hosts will treat you to a generous meal concocted with your freshly picked cavage products, accompanied by a drink. But first, enjoy an aperitif of champagne and foie gras in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

DOMAINE DES CLAIRS CHENES
Discover a unique domain... the Domaine des Clairs Chênes, at the gates of the National Forest Park and in the heart of a 170-hectare farm, converted to organic farming four years ago.
Two hectares were converted into a truffle farm in 2011. A thousand trees were planted: oaks, cedars, birches, black pines, lime trees, hornbeams, hazel trees as well as species called "companions": their presence in the truffle field favors the production of neighboring host trees.
Come to "caver" ... that is to say "to look for truffles": to extract them from the ground with a tool, after our dog ORKA has detected them by smell.
Come and discover a real complicity between the dog and his master...
