It’s an opportunity to discover the mysteries of how the cuvées are made, and to taste the champagnes for which the terroir is famous.

To enter this 11th-century cellar is to enter a mysterious world where time has left its mark. As soon as you walk through the doors, your senses are sure to be awakened. It’s in this stone cellar that the House will invite you to a tasting session of its cuvées. But in the meantime, let yourself be transported by the history of the estate and the Morize family.

Your host will share with you the secrets of champagne and Les Riceys wine-making in a convivial atmosphere. He’ll tell you how the famous Champagnes, Vin Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux Champenois are made from the 3 grape varieties grown in the family vineyard. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc are the hallmarks of Les Riceys, and the Morize family have passionately nurtured them since they settled in the commune in 1830.

At the end of the tour, this love of the vines and the land will be shared with you through a tasting of champagnes and champenois hillsides meticulously selected by the House.
