This tour will take you through the Champagne Gruet estate, where every stage of the winemaking process will be revealed to you. From the press to the cellars, via the cuverie, riddling and disgorging, you’ll unravel the mysteries of the Champagne method.
The tour ends with a tasting of 3 carefully selected cuvées from the House. You’ll discover 3 champagnes with varied blends: Champagne Brut Sélection, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier; Cuvée des 3 Blancs, an elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Arbane; and Champagne Brut Rosé, a delicate blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
