Immerse yourself in the world of champagne with an immersive day at the Marcel Vézien Champagne House in Celles-sur-Ource. A unique, convivial and enriching experience, ideal for bubble lovers and those curious to discover the secrets behind the making of the king of wines.
From 9:00 am, you’ll be welcomed by the Maison team over a cup of coffee or tea. This convivial moment will allow us to get to know each other and present the day’s program.
Depending on the date you choose, you’ll be immersed in the vines or in the cellar, to discover one of the key stages in the champagne-making process. You’ll then become a Vigneron for a Day and have the opportunity to take part in the work, accompanied by the winemaker, who will teach you his know-how with passion.
Depending on the weather, lunch will either be taken in a local restaurant, or in the form of a picnic in the vineyards, for a moment of relaxation and sharing in the heart of nature.
The afternoon continues with a fun activity, depending on the date. Hiking, biking or yoga will allow you to discover the village of Celles-sur-Ource and the hills of the Côte des Bar. As for the Escape Game, you’ll discover our cellar through a series of enigmas that will reveal the secrets of our House and the champagne-making process.
To round off this exceptional day, you’ll taste several champagnes from the Marcel Vézien House. A great way to savour the fruits of your discovery and extend the experience over a festive glass.

Rich in our know-how and the perseverance of our ancestors since 1859, our House elaborates its first cuvée in 1956 at Celles-Sur-Ource. Today, I represent the 4th generation of the Vézien family and invite you to discover our culture and our champagnes during a convivial and enriching visit.
