Before lunch, discover the truffles in the truffle field. Master truffle hunter Pascal Schuzger will share with you his passion for the search of the black diamond with his dogs and will explain why the truffle is a rare mushroom. He will make you discover the four species of truffles.

Aperitif – Fresh cheese and butter toasts dressed with Burgundy truffles

Appetizer – Warm leek emulsion with Burgundy truffles.

Appetizer – Smoked salmon covered with Meuse truffles – Soup with Perigord truffles

Main course – Stuffed cannelloni and their white emulsion with Perigord truffles

Cheese – Crispy cheese and its greenery having visited Italy with Alba truffles (white truffles from Italy)

Dessert – Truffled ice cream from Burgundy accompanied by dark chocolate fondant with truffles from Burgundy

Coffee and tea accompanied by meringues and financiers from Meuse with truffles from Meuse
