Come to Balnot sur Laignes, in the south of Champagne, to enjoy this immersive, gourmet tour. Champagne Gremillet has planned a complete tour from Clos Rocher to the House cellars. For the estate’s passionate winemakers, this journey must start where it all begins: in the vineyard. The vineyard stretches as far as the eye can see. Your guide will share with you his love of the land, as well as the day-to-day work in the vineyard. It’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in the world of wine!

He’ll then take you to the Arboretum to discover 82 trees of diverse origins, each representing a country where Gremillet Champagne is consumed. At the end of these verdant discoveries, the Maison’s cellars await you for a complete immersion in the world of wine.

To complete this adventure, the Maison’s caterer has concocted a hearty, cold menu featuring crudités, meats, charcuterie, cheeses and dessert. And, of course, champagne (1 bottle for 3 people). You can enjoy this meal at the cadole, with its magnificent view of the Clos Rocher, or opt for the panoramic terrace of the showroom. Either way, the scenery is sure to fascinate you!
