Maison Bonvalet welcomes you to its modern, elegant tasting room, with a breathtaking view of the Épernay hillsides. In a friendly atmosphere, 3 tastings will be offered on site. This will be an opportunity to taste top-quality wines, expressing the quality of a terroir with strong environmental values. The estate focuses on growing and exploiting HVE and VDC-certified grape varieties.
Your visit will be enhanced by anecdotes about a champagne house created by passionate people who have made their dreams come true. Pauline and Guillaume Bonvalet will be delighted to share their story with you. You’ll also discover the details and secrets behind their cuvée, which reflects the richness and complexity of the Marne terroir.

Champagne Bonvalet was born from this crazy dream of creating its own Champagne House from scratch. This incredible epic will have allowed us to accomplish ourselves, to push back our limits.
Our universe is for all lovers of Fine & Good Wines but also for all those who seek to re-enchant the world and take back the power of their life.
Beyond champagne, we want Champagne Bonvalet to inspire everyone to conquer themselves, their dreams. No matter what definition is given to this conquest.
Champagne Bonvalet and the adventure it embodies invite us to deconstruct preconceived ideas, to put things into perspective, to question what really makes sense in order to bring forth new ideas.

Quality, the core value of our company
Our champagnes are produced with the greatest care. The quality of the grapes, the vinification, the level of sulphites, the length of aging in the cellar and the dosage of our wines are all elements to which we attach great importance in order to achieve the best expression of the terroir and the definition of the identity of the house.
A reasoned and sustainable production
Our champagnes are made from grapes coming from vineyards cultivated in HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne). Two viticulture practices particularly concerned with sustainable development through biodiversity and ecosystem, carbon footprint and impact on water resources.
