Sophrology and oenology at Domaine Schoenheitz
Discover a new way to enjoy local wines at Domaine Schoenheitz, thanks to an experience combining sophrology and oenology. Lulled by the gentle warmth of the fireplace, let yourself be carried away on a journey of well-being, while savoring exceptional wines.
Under the gentle, soothing guidance of Carole, a sophrologist in the mountains of the Munster Valley, you’ll experience a unique sensory session. Through deep breathing exercises and gentle movements, your senses will gradually awaken, ready to explore new flavors during the tasting. Each session is an invitation to relaxation and discovery, punctuated by metaphors and inspirational quotes, leading you to a state of deep calm and inner well-being.
A graduate of the Sophrogora school, affiliated to the Académie de Sophrologie de Paris, Carole was trained by Dr. Charles Rodà, himself a student of the founder of sophrology, Dr. Alfonso Caycédo. Her caring, personalized approach adapts to each participant, creating an intimate atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
After this sophrology session, your senses will be awakened by a tasting of 3 local wines, preceded by a presentation of the Schoenheitz estate. The wines’ aromas and flavors will be amplified, offering you an exceptional taste experience.
