From December 21 to 23, 2021, enjoy Champagne in all its authenticity. Located in Avirey-Lingey, in the heart of the Sarce Valley, Marc HENNEQUIERE invites you to a guided tour of his estate, followed by a tasting session thatwill surely tickle your taste buds.

Located on the Côte des Bar, on a surface of 3.5 hectares, the family estate cultivates mainly Pinot noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. Three grape varieties which are used to elaborate an exceptional champagne. An original and refined champagne which perfectly reflects the terroir.

Lasting an average of 1 hour 30 minutes, this visit is for all champagne loverswho aspire to live an unforgettable oenological experience. It is a complete visit that will lead you through the vineyards and cellars of the estate. The opportunity to discover a unique know-how resulting from the evolution of the methods of wine making of the harvester.

To do so, meet in the morning at 10 a.m. or in the afternoon at 3 p.m. And at the time of the tasting, it is not one buttwo vintages that you will have the pleasure to appreciate. Pure moments of delight in perspective.

CHAMPAGNE MARC HENNEQUIERE

In the heart of the Sarce Valley, the domain has built its reputation by elaborating with authenticity and passion unique champagnes of character, reflecting the terroir, from parcels exclusively located in Avirey-Lingey. Passionate about viticulture from an early age, Marc created his vineyard in 1980. Then joined by his wife, Marie-Nelly, they learn together about champagnisation. The tendency of the domain is to elaborate confidential and refined vintages. The family story continues with the arrival of their daughter, Clothilde. Their work is divided between vineyards, wines and meetings.
Come and discover the family estate during the Cave Ouverte on the third weekend of July or throughout the year during a tasting-discovery visit (by appointment).
