Piot-Sevillano champagnes are the fruit of a family passion preserved for 10 generations. Established in the heart of the Marne Valley, the House prides itself on a completely independent and ecological production. The 8 ha of the family vineyard are pampered according to a policy of High Environmental Value, in organic conversion to which is added a natural elaboration process combining traditions and modern techniques.

This meticulous work results in champagnes of character and atypical, whose aromatic expression is a true ode to the soil. You will be able to judge for yourself during this exceptional gustatory meeting, which will be held in the reception cellar of the House in the old village school.
