A winegrower’s escape that culminates in a tasting of food & champagne pairings, carefully concocted to awaken and delight your senses!
Maison Chassenay d’Arce, founded in 1956, now has 130 families and 3 generations of winegrowers. Its vineyards cover 315 hectares and 14 villages along the Arce river.
During a tour of the cellars, you’ll be immersed in the distinctive spirit of the Maison, a harmonious fusion of family spirit, connection to the terroir and the quality standards shared by the winemakers.
After this enriching tour, you’ll be guided to an unparalleled taste experience. Your taste buds will be tantalized by a tasting of 3 champagnes from the Les Caractères range, including 2 vintages, paired with 3 local sweet and savory appetizers. This unforgettable experience will take place at either 10 a.m. or 2 p.m., lasting around 2 hours. Designed to accommodate from 4 to 15 people, it’s perfect for everyone, and can be enjoyed with family or friends.
