The opportunity to discover the elaboration of its famous champagnes, while sharing moments of conviviality close to nature, alone, in duet, with family or with friends !

Itis in Bisseuil, on a vast 34 ha estate, that the Champagne House BAUCHETawaits you for this exceptional wine immersion. Let yourself be carried away by the history and values of this prestigious House. Today managed by the 4th and 5th generations ofthe family, the estate has perpetuated the traditions and the family know-how since its beginnings in 1920.

Fromthe cultivation of the vines to the bottling, the BAUCHETwinegrowers take care of the entire process of elaboration of their wines. The grapes are harvested directly in the vineyard, which extends over the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar. The grapes are then received in the domain, where traditional and modern installations will ensure the rest of the transformation.

During the visit, you will discover in particular the 2 presses of 8 000 kg of last generation, the 12 belons, as well as the 8 stainless steel tanks dedicated to the improvement of the BAUCHETchampagnes. Certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne, the House will also share with you the commitments and the techniques of production of an entirely ecological domain.
