For this experience, Béatrice and Hubert Fagot will share with you all the secrets that give Béatrix de Gimbres its taste, balance and elegance. Push open the doors of their cellar and enter their wine cellar. In the midst of an authentic setting, where a full range of premier crus age and await their tasting, discover the process by which the cuvées are made, from vinification to disgorgement. Through detailed and enriching explanations, you’ll immerse yourself in the passion that has guided your hosts in the production of their champagnes since 2014.

After the visit, enjoy a moment of conviviality and exchange with your hosts. A tasting of three in-house cuvées will be on offer. This will be an opportunity to taste the finesse of champagnes made from the region’s three flagship grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. These express a rich, diversified terroir that respects the environment. The estate has been awarded the « Haute Valeur Environnementale » and « Viticulture Durable en Champagne » labels.
